February 2nd, 2005 - Sun Microsystems, the original and longest standing customer of Infinet Service Solutions, today switched responsibility for the delivery of Suns "Parts Only" Maintenance obligations to Infinet Service Solutions. The selection of Infinet Service Solutions followed a tender process, followed by a Sun Six Sigma review.

September 28th, 2004 - Infinet Service Solutions has been appointed to supply Reverse Logistics and Warranty fulfillment in Australia on behalf of the Santa Cruz based Plantronics Inc, a world Leader in Communications Headsets. Full service implementation is expected to ramp up during the first quarter of 2005.

July 1st, 2004 - Infinet Service Solutions today commenced component level repair services on a range of computer parts for IBM Singapore. Infinet Service Solutions was awarded this business for the repair of parts following a tender process involving international competition.

March 11th, 2004 - Infinet Service Solutions today received ISO 9001-2000 Accreditation following a successful Quality Audit by SGS, Infinet Service Solutions first received ISO accreditation in October 1994.

December 31st, 2003 - IBM Singapore Pty Ltd announced today that Infinet Service Solutions has been selected, via a tender process, to become an IBM Asia Pacific Parts Repairer. Final contracts are to be signed in the New Year.

November 10th, 2003 The repair and servicing of Point of Sale equipment, to component level replacement has been added to Infinet Service Solutions After Sales services portfolio.

September 9th, 2003 - Infinet Service Solutions have announced that their Dedicated Client Field and On Site ITT Engineering services now covers all mainland State and Territory capital cities with the exceptions of Perth and Darwin. These two cities and regional areas are covered by agents to give Infinet Service Solutions clients a centrally controlled national coverage.

February 3rd, 2003 - Infinet Service Solutions today announced the expansion of its Tape Storage product repair range to add to the Exabyte service activities already being undertaken. Infinet Service Solutions are now offering repair and refurbishment services on DLT, AIT, Tandberg, SlR, SDLT and other DAT product ranges.

November 8, 2002 - Infinet Service Solutions today announced that the SGS Report for the third Triennial ISO 9002 Quality Audit once again reported no non-compliance issues. Infinet Service Solutions Quality Manager, Eddie Evans, also announced that plans to under go audit for the new standard, ISO 9000 2000 were well advanced.

April 15th, 2002 - Exabyte Corporation (NASDAQ: EXBT), a performance and value leader in tape backup systems, today announced the appointment of Infinet Service Solutions Pty Ltd as our Australasian Regional Services partner. "Infinet Service Solutions has enjoyed a long association with Exabyte Service through our mutual customers and is now delighted to be Exabyte's After Sales Support organisation covering the Australian region" said Brian Noone, Director Business Development.

April 8th, 2002 - Sony Australia Limited today confirmed that it has selected Infinet Service Solutions Pty Ltd to perform component level repair on its range of Digital Video and Camera equipment. The repair service is planned to commence in May 2002.

September 1st, 2001 - Sun Microsystems Australia Pty Ltd has announced that the Australian Field Engineering model will begin a transition to the Sun Global model of using Local Service Providers (LSP's) to perform customer site visits and other related Field Service activities. Infinet Service Solutions Pty Ltd, of Artarmon NSW, which has provided Depot Component Level Repair services to Sun since 1993, has been appointed as the LSP for Australia. The plan is to transition all Field Service activities, currently carried out by Sun Engineers, to Infinet Service Solutions Engineers in all centres currently serviced by Sun.

July 1st, 2001 - Compaq awards Reverse Logistics Contract to Infinet Service Solutions Pty Ltd. "Effective from today all Compaq finished goods returning to Compaq will be routed to Infinet Service Solutions in Artarmon for Repair and Refurbishment."

June 15th, 2000 - Infinet Service Solutions expands its repair range and follows the Digital age into Digital Camera circuit board and whole camera repair. Hanimex Pty Ltd of Brookvale NSW has contracted Infinet Service Solutions to repair the Fuji range of cameras distributed through out Australia by Hanimex.
